In Australia, PPE must meet the relevant AS/NZS standard for the hazard it protects against. At Fit for Purpose, every product we stock is certified to the applicable standard before it enters our range. We do not list it if we cannot back it up.

A product can be certified and still fail to protect your worker if it does not fit. That is why we partner with Hayden Health and Safety to offer on-site fit testing for respiratory and hearing protection.
Certification confirms the product meets the standard. Fit testing confirms it is protecting the specific person wearing it.

We carry compliance documentation for every product in our range, including certificates of conformity, test reports, and SDS where applicable. Your safety manager, auditor, or principal contractor can request any document by emailing or calling us. We will send it within one business day.
