We do not guess sizes or sell you gear that might not protect your crew. We work with our sister company Hayden Health and Safety to scope your hazards, test your team, and supply exactly what works.
Scope Your Hazards
Tell us your tasks, hazards, crew size and locations. If you have a Noise Assessment, Air Quality Assessment or Safety Data Sheets, send those through. This gives us the data to make the most informed decisions for your workers' health.
Fit Test On-Site
We come to your site, or host you in our office, to run quantitative respirator fit testing and earplug fit testing. We confirm the right size and real-world protection on the actual person who will wear it.
If the first option does not pass the fit test, we try alternatives until it does. You will not receive a quote until we know the product seals and protects.
Select The Right Products
Based on test results, we recommend specific respirator models, sizes, filter types, and hearing protection class, matched to your hazards and Australian standards. Workers are not over-protected (which affects communication and comfort) or under-protected (which defeats the purpose entirely).
Supply and Support
We provide a clear, itemised quote with AS/NZS compliance documentation. Products are delivered direct to your site. We set you up with care, change-out and storage guidance, and we will send reminders when re-testing is due.
