How We Ship
Fit for Purpose PPE Australia operates a drop-ship model, meaning your order is dispatched directly from our supplier network to your delivery address. This allows us to maintain a broad, compliance-ready product range without compromising on delivery speed.

Shipping Rates
  • Orders under $500.00 (inc. GST): $30.00 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders of $500.00 or more (inc. GST): Free standard shipping
These rates apply to standard parcel-sized orders. Oversized items (e.g. SCBA units, bulk pallets, gas detection equipment) may incur additional freight charges. We will contact you to confirm these costs before your order is dispatched.

Business Account Shipping
ABN-verified business account holders with an approved 30-day credit account receive free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. Contact us at info@ffpaustralia.com.au or 02 4089 4490 to apply.

Minimum Order Quantities
Some products have minimum order quantities (MOQs), which are clearly displayed on the relevant product page. MOQs are set by our supplier partners and cannot be overridden. If you need fewer units than the MOQ for a specific product, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to assist or suggest an alternative.

Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), subject to supplier availability. Some products, including made-to-order or imported items, may have longer lead times, which are noted on the product page.

Estimated Delivery
  • Sydney Metro and Greater NSW: 1–3 business days from dispatch
  • All other states and territories: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote and rural areas: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control, including supplier dispatch delays.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched by our supplier. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless authority to leave is provided in writing. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Freight Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the driver, take a photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@ffpaustralia.com.au or 02 4089 4490. Retain all original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for transit-damaged goods at no cost to you.

International Orders
We currently ship within Australia only. We service NSW and ACT as our primary regions for any products that need to be fit tested or assessed prior to supply.
