These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.ffpaustralia.com.au and your purchase of goods from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We supply personal protective equipment and safety products to businesses and consumers throughout Australia, with a focus on NSW and ACT. Fit for Purpose PPE Australia operates in partnership with Hayden Health & Safety (haydenhs.com.au) to provide occupational testing and compliance services alongside product supply.
2. Orders and Acceptance
By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase goods at the listed price plus applicable shipping. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. supplier stock unavailability, pricing error, MOQ not met), we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment received.

Fit for Purpose PPE Australia operates in partnership with Hayden Health & Safety (haydenhs.com.au) to provide occupational testing and compliance services alongside product supply.
2. Orders and Acceptance
By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase goods at the listed price plus applicable shipping. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g. supplier stock unavailability, pricing error, MOQ not met), we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment received.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at the time of order confirmation.
3. Minimum Order Quantities
Some products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) as set by our supplier partners. MOQs are displayed on the relevant product page. Placing an order confirms you have noted and accept any stated MOQ for that product.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer (for approved account holders) and other providers associated with Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless you hold an approved 7-day credit account. To apply for a credit account (ABN required), contact info@ffpaustralia.com.au. Please note that orders will not be placed prior to receiving payment or an approved purchase order that states payment terms approved by Fit for Purpose PPE Australia. Accounts unpaid more than 14 days from the date of invoice will incur a flat late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding balance, and we reserve the right to suspend supply pending payment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of cleared payment in full. Because we operate a drop-ship model, dispatch is managed by our supplier partners. We are not liable for supplier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
6. Product Information and Compliance
All products sold by Fit for Purpose PPE Australia are tested and certified to the relevant Australian/New Zealand Standard (AS/NZS) where applicable. Compliance documentation (certificates of conformity, SDS, and for fit-tested products, individual fit test reports) is available on request or included with your order. Product images are illustrative; specifications are sourced from manufacturers and may be subject to change without notice.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Warranties
All goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. To make a warranty claim, contact info@ffpaustralia.com.au with your order number, photographs of the defect, and the product code and batch number from the item label, we will connect you with the correct supplier to resolve.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage. We are not liable for loss arising from failure to use goods in accordance with manufacturer instructions, relevant AS/NZS standards, your site’s WHS requirements, or any fit testing or compliance assessment not conducted or recommended by Hayden Health & Safety or a qualified WHS professional.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www/ffpaustralia.com.au/privacy. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is used to process orders, manage your account, communicate with you, and improve our services.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
