Do you only sell PPE, or can you help me choose the right product?

Both. You can shop online like any PPE supplier, but our real point of difference is the Scope, Fit, Select, Supply process. If you're not sure what you need, contact us and we'll help you match the right product to the hazard before you buy.

Do you stock everything on the website?

We operate a drop-ship model, sourcing from leading Australian PPE brands including Industree Group, Maxisafe, Draeger, CleanSpace, PIP Safety and Uvex. Your order is sent directly from our supplier network rather than a single warehouse, which lets us offer a much wider range without compromising on quality.

What are minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Some products are supplied in fixed pack sizes set by our manufacturer partners. Where an MOQ applies, it's shown on the product page. If you need fewer units than the MOQ, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Can I get a bulk quote for my whole site?

Yes. Tell us your headcount, the work being done, and any existing hazard assessments, and we'll put together a compliant package with bulk pricing and a delivery schedule, generally within 24 hours.

Fit Testing & Occupational Testing

What is fit testing, and why does it matter?

Fit testing confirms that a respirator or set of earplugs actually protects the person wearing it, not just that the product is certified. A respirator that doesn't seal, or earplugs that don't fit, leave workers under-protected even if the product itself meets the AS/NZS standard.

Who carries out the testing?

Fit testing, hearing assessments, lung function checks and other occupational testing are carried out by our sister company, Hayden Health and Safety, either on your site or at their office.

Do I have to use fit testing to buy from you?

No. You're welcome to shop the range directly. Fit testing is available and recommended for respiratory and hearing protection, particularly for larger crews or higher-risk sites, but it's not a requirement for every purchase.

How do I book a fit test?

Use the booking link on our Compliance page, or contact us directly and we'll arrange a time.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

$35 flat rate for orders under $500 (inc. GST), and free standard shipping for orders of $500 or more.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. From dispatch: Sydney Metro and Greater NSW is 1 to 3 business days, other states and territories 3 to 7 business days, and remote or rural areas 5 to 10 business days. Because we operate a drop-ship model, some items may have different lead times, which are noted on the product page.

Do you ship outside NSW and ACT?

We currently ship within Australia only, and our on-site testing and assessment services are focused on NSW and ACT.

Returns & Compliance

Can I return a product if it's the wrong size?

We don't accept change-of-mind returns, including incorrect size selection, so it's worth checking sizing guides first or asking us before you order. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Are disposable items like masks and gloves returnable?

No, disposable respirators, masks, filters, gloves and earplugs cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons.

Can I get compliance documentation for a product?

Yes. We carry compliance documentation, including certificates of conformity and test reports, for every product we stock. Request any document through our Datasheet page or by contacting us, and we'll send it within one business day.

Do you offer credit accounts for businesses?

Yes. ABN-verified businesses can apply for an approved 30-day credit account, which also includes free standard shipping regardless of order value. Contact us to apply.

What is the Workplace Wellness Hub?

It's an expansion of our services, launching within the next 12 months, covering ergonomic assessments, manual handling, first aid training and psychosocial safety programs, alongside our existing PPE and occupational testing offering.
